gt89's Pledge for Responsible Gaming
We believe gaming is a fun experience — not a source of harm. gt89 is always committed to ensuring the well-being and safety of every player.
Our Responsible Gaming Policy
Online gaming and betting is an entertainment activity — but it is not the same for everyone. gt89 believes every player should enjoy gaming within healthy limits. When you play on our platform, your mental and financial well-being is our top priority.
Many people in Bangladesh take part in online gaming today — some for entertainment, some for the thrill. However, when gaming goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on family, relationships, and finances. gt89 keeps this reality in mind and provides tools and support that help you continue gaming in a mindful and healthy way.
Our platform is for those aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. If you believe an underage person is playing on gt89, please notify our support team immediately.
Responsible gaming means setting a budget before you play, allocating a fixed amount of time, and not placing more bets in an attempt to recover losses. On gt89, you can manage your own gaming experience — using our various tools.
Our Safety Tools
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This prevents you from depositing money beyond your budget — a smart financial decision.
Session Time Limit
Take a break automatically after a set period of time. On gt89, you can set a time limit for each gaming session — so you do not spend more time than intended.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a temporary break, you can suspend your gt89 account yourself for a specific period. This feature helps you make mindful decisions.
Gaming History Review
View your complete betting and deposit history. Analyse your own habits and make changes if needed — gt89 always shows your data transparently.
Cooling-Off Period
Want to take a bit of a rest? Set a cooling-off period — step away from gaming for a specific number of days or weeks. This time will help refresh your mind.
24/7 Support Assistance
Whenever you feel a problem, gt89's support team is ready. Contact us in Bengali via live chat or email — you will receive help without any judgement.
